Social Media & Community Management Virtual Assistant (US/Remote)

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments using the brand’s tone and voice
• Manage email and social media inboxes
• Identify potential prospects in emails, comments, and DMs
• Route qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear context
• Independently determine which messages require a response, escalation, or sales handoff
• Keep content and communication workflows organized
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency when appropriate

Requirements

• Strong written communication and professional judgment
• Ability to work independently without constant instructions or supervision
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Community Manager, or similar remote role
• Able to recognize sales opportunities without attempting to close them
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship
• Nice to Have Experience supporting a coaching business, personal brand, or fast-growing small business
• Familiarity with media buying and basic paid advertising concepts
• Experience using AI tools as part of a daily workflow
• Previous experience managing high-volume inboxes or online communities
