Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities for a growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans, calculating material quantities, square footage, and concrete-related measurements, and supporting the preparation of project estimates. This role requires strong AutoCAD proficiency, prior construction takeoff experience, and the ability to review plans and specifications with a high degree of precision.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a small internal estimating team, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute to the timely delivery of bids and estimates. Experience in concrete construction is highly preferred. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundation, structural, and architectural plans
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy

- Collaborate with the estimating team to support project bids and estimates
- Maintain accurate and organized takeoff and estimating documentation
- Review project plans and specifications to identify scope requirements
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid packages
- Communicate with team members regarding project details and quantity clarifications
- Organize and maintain digital project files, drawings, and related documentation
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
- Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates
- Prior experience performing construction takeoffs is required
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software platforms
- Must be available to complete a client-assigned test project
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
