Requirements

  • and skills: 3+ years of experience in Affiliate / CPA Marketing, including team management
  • Strong understanding of affiliate business economics and key performance metrics (ROI, FTD, LTV, CR)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and build relationships with international partners

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Team Management Lead and manage the affiliate team by setting goals, assigning priorities, and ensuring effective task execution
  • Work closely with Affiliate Managers on a daily basis: review partnership deals, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality partner communication
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal guidelines, workflows, and documentation (e.g. billing processes, knowledge base, SOPs)
  • Track task progress, monitor team performance, and conduct weekly sync meetings
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members
  • Train and onboard the team on new tools, reports, and internal processes
  • Financial Performance & Analytics Monitor traffic profitability across all partners using key metrics such as ROI, FTD, and LTV
  • Optimize underperforming partnerships together with Affiliate Managers
  • Ensure the accuracy of billing, partner payouts, and financial adjustments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports on team performance
  • Develop and implement KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks for Affiliate Managers
  • Reporting & Planning Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
  • Monitor team performance against FTD and ROI targets
  • Plan CPA partner launches based on forecasts and approved business objectives
  • Analyze traffic sources, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to affiliate scaling strategies
  • Strategic Development Develop and execute the overall affiliate growth strategy
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, GEOs, and traffic acquisition channels
  • Initiate testing of new affiliate platforms, tools, and partnership models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to achieve shared business goals
