Key Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Performing bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and resolving financial issues
• Processing payroll accurately and on time, adhering to regulatory

requirements

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, highlighting key insights and trends
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete financial data
• Utilizing your expertise in Xero accounting software to streamline financial processes
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations for strategic planning
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
• Assisting in the preparation of BAS returns and ensuring adherence to tax regulations
• Supporting the Group Accountant and senior leadership with ad hoc financial projects
• Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in using Xero accounting software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience with invoice management and accounts payable/receivable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven track record of maintaining financial accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
