At Magoya , we prioritize customer success and are committed to delivering exceptional service and results. 🚀 Role Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that support and elevate the solutions developed by Magoya .
You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural experts, and clients, actively participating in the discovery process to ensure our solutions are intuitive, functional, and visually engaging.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages
- Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Contribute to Magoya ’s understanding of design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry Skills & Qualifications: Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design
- Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results
- Advanced English proficiency (required)
- Advanced Spanish proficiency (is a plus) Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma , Adobe Creative Suite , Sketch , and Adobe XD
