Trainee/Assistant Level

This position will support the Sales and Marketing Department in promoting various products, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The incumbent shall work in support to the Top Management in the insurance industry while building foundational skills in sales and marketing operations. Requirement Work Area: Head Office and inside valley, Outside Valley (Itahari, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayanghat, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, Birtamod, Damak, Waling, Kawasoti, Bhairahawa, Bhadrapur, Mahendranagar, Tikapur).

Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and be given in preference with Master's degree in marketing or economics/management or equivalent from recognized university. Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Freshers with interest to build career in non-life insurance are encouraged to apply.
