We are looking for a motivated Junior Market Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or financial trading. You will assist with market analysis, monitor trading performance, and contribute to improving our daily operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cryptocurrency prices, trading volumes, and market developments
- Analyze market data and identify potential trading opportunities
- Assist with daily Spot, Futures, and Options trading activities
- Monitor asset allocation across centralized and decentralized exchanges
- Prepare reports on market conditions and trading performance
- Identify operational or technical issues and coordinate with the relevant teams
- Monitor automated trading systems and ensure compliance with risk management rules
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve trading processes

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency, trading, or financial analysis
- Knowledge of centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEX and DEX)
- Basic understanding of technical analysis and market indicators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and responsibility
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team
