About the role
Headquarters: US We are seeking a reliable, professional bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support a busy orthopedic surgery practice specializing in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault patients.
Responsibilities
- include: Answering incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
- Interpreting conversations between physicians, staff, and Spanish-speaking patients
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and basic patient inquiries
- Helping patients complete forms and understand office instructions
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in both spoken English and Spanish
- Excellent telephone communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Available during U.S
- Eastern Time business hours
- Experience with medical terminology, orthopedic practices, Workers’ Compensation, or No-Fault cases is a plus but not required
