About the role
Headquarters: SANTA ANA, CA URL: https://acestainless.com Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager ACE STAINLESS SUPPLY Full-time | Fully remote | Worldwide $10,000–$25,000 USD annually, depending on experience Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific Time Build a website that earns its place in the business Help us turn a ready product catalog into a working carbon steel storefront—and turn our digital marketing into qualified inquiries, orders, and repeat customers. ACE Stainless Supply distributes stainless steel pipe, valves, fittings, bar, and sheet, serving customers through our Santa Ana, California, and Caldwell, Idaho, operations. We are expanding our digital business with AceCarbonSteel.com, and we want someone who can help build it, launch it, and grow it.
You will report to Erica Biscocho, Director of E-Commerce and Digital Operations. You will work alongside Hafsa in e-commerce and our marketing team, coordinate product information with Funmi, and partner with sales and our technical providers. This is a hands-on role: you will create content, make website improvements, run campaigns, and move launch work through to completion.
Your first major deliverable Launch design of AceCarbonSteel.com as an operational customer-facing website on January 1, 2027. Our clean product data is ready. Your work is to transfer it accurately, propose the branding and design, build the shopping experience with the team, and prove that customers can use it successfully.
You must bring practical website implementation experience as well as marketing skills. The January 1 launch takes priority within your first 90 days. Our accelerated launch milestones are: By November 20, 2026 — Present branding and design proposals for Erica’s approval: visual direction, homepage, category and product page concepts, navigation, mobile layouts, and a dated implementation plan with owners and dependencies.
By December 15, 2026 — Complete the approved design and catalog migration in staging. Configure search, filters, product pages, quote and purchase paths, and measurement tools with the appropriate team members. By December 30, 2026 — Complete testing and corrections.
Submit a documented launch checklist, test results, and outstanding issues for Erica’s go-live approval. January 1, 2027 — Launch the approved site with working customer journeys, verified inquiry and order routing, and a launch campaign ready to run. Through the remainder of your first 90 days, monitor the live site, resolve issues, and use actual customer behavior and sales results to prioritize improvements.
What launch ready means You will own the launch checklist and coordinate technical dependencies early. Before release, the team must verify: Catalog accuracy: reconcile source and destination record counts; validate product identifiers, descriptions, sizes, materials, units of measure, weights, categories, and approved pricing. Resolve discrepancies with Funmi before publishing.
Customer experience: test navigation, product search and filters, mobile layouts, images, downloads, account access where applicable, and clear paths to request a quote or place an order. Transactions and handoffs: test quote forms and notifications; validate applicable cart, checkout, payment, tax, freight, and order-confirmation flows with the responsible providers. Confirm that inquiries and orders reach the right Ace team.
Search and measurement: verify page titles, metadata, crawl and indexing settings, sitemap, redirects where needed, and analytics events for product views, inquiries, and purchases. Confirm that staging restrictions are removed at launch. Operations: document how the team maintains the site, manages incoming inquiries and orders, and reports defects.
Complete Erica’s final review before going live. What you will own after launch SEO and website conversion Build keyword and competitor research around how contractors, fabricators, and purchasing teams actually search. Improve category pages, product pages, metadata, internal links, and useful educational content.
Use Google Search Console to identify indexing and search issues; use GA4 to find where customers abandon inquiry or purchase paths. Maintain a prioritized improvement backlog and complete approved changes. Social media and content Own a practical publishing calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create product features, application explainers, branch updates, customer stories with permission, and promotional content. Produce two YouTube videos per month and repurpose them into shorter clips and posts. Coordinate original footage with branch staff and verify technical claims with the product team.
Email and sales support Build and execute two Mailchimp campaigns each week, on Monday and Thursday. Segment audiences, maintain contact lists, test links and mobile layouts, and direct customers to relevant products or quote forms. Keep line cards, branch marketing materials, and website promotions current.
Work with sales to connect campaign inquiries to follow-up and results.
