- At least 4 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit and Marketing
- Preference shall be given to those having exposure as Branch Manager in any BFIs
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized university
- Able to take challenges based on budgets & can lead the team
