About the role
- Headquarters: London URL: http://bluegeko.com IT Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Time / Remote) We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and improve our company's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- What You'll Do Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, and network issues
- Manage access controls, backups, and system configurations
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements
- Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and operational
- Must Have 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience managing servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Nice to Have AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or other cloud platform experience
- Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems
- Experience supporting high-availability environments
- We're looking for someone hands-on who can take ownership of our IT infrastructure and keep our systems secure, reliable, and efficient
