Design and implementation ofapplications, data integrations,and technology solutions Development oversight and standards adherence: provideTechnicalguidance and mentoring to Developers,Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads Systemsdevelopment and support.Create Design & Technical Specs from Businessrequirementspecifications Bestpracticesdesign and development.Lead andparticipatein code reviews,collaborate with fellow developersand Architects Project planning and estimation. Collaboratewith the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and othersto ensuredelivery of the project Other duties as assigned.
