Responsibilities

• Develop and record audio data to enhance AI model capabilities in Castilian Spanish
• Ensure recordings match exact transcript specifications or edit for natural pacing
• Use a professional audio recording setup for high-quality submissions
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and improve AI model outputs
• Participate in a kickoff call for project alignment and expectations
• Qualifications Must-Have Native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish , born and raised in Spain
• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Ability to speak in a "customer service" voice with clear enunciation
• Professional audio recording setup including a professional-grade microphone and editing software
• Preferred Professional experience in Voice Acting or related fields like Music , Television , Podcasts , Twitch Streaming , Comedy , YouTube , or Radio
• Start Date Rolling start; onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears
• Compensation & Legal Paid $250 USD per finished hour based on the length of submitted audio
